Everything is earned.

From the Owners

Next Level Performance Consulting was built to fix what rec ball gets wrong.

Too many leagues run a one-hour babysitter service for parents and call it a program. Every kid gets a trophy, nobody gets better, and the players who want to compete are left standing still.

We have lived the other side of it: the travel ball grind, driving gym to gym across Southwest Florida chasing real development for players serious about the game.

So we built the academy we could not find. One roof in Fort Myers where development is the whole point. We build skill and character, and we cover every aspect of the developmental process: leagues, development sessions, speed and agility, camps.

And every player here can see the pathway in front of them: from their first league games, to travel ball, to high school, to college, and one day, for the ones who earn it, the pros.

Everything Is Earned is not a slogan here. It is the standard.
