Speed & Agility · Redline Athletics Fort Myers

Speed changes games. We build it.

Next Level athletes develop at Redline Athletics Fort Myers: coached speed, strength and movement work that turns quickness into plays on the court and the field.

Inside the Sessions

Real athletes. Real work.

No stock footage and no staged drills. This is our athletes putting in work inside Redline Athletics Fort Myers.

First Step

Explode Off the Line

Three-point starts teach athletes to fire out low and powerful, so the first two steps beat the defender to the spot.

Agility

Quick Feet, Sharp Cuts

Lateral hurdle work builds fast feet and clean hips, so athletes change direction at full speed without losing balance.

Strength

Strength Behind the Speed

Goblet squats and walking lunges with a coach watching every rep. Strong legs are where real speed starts.

Full Session

A Full Day at Redline

Barbell work, dumbbell circuits and sprint work in one coached session. Strength and speed, developed together.

How We Build Athletes

Three pillars. One better athlete.

01

Speed & Agility

Built on running mechanics and posture. Athletes develop linear speed, lateral speed, footwork, change of direction, and jumping and landing, so they react faster, move cleaner, and make more plays.

02

Strength & Conditioning

Age-appropriate strength work, coached rep by rep. The order never changes: mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity. Tools like VertiMax and Raptor turn that strength into sprint and vertical power.

03

Injury Prevention

Balanced movement patterns, body awareness and clean mechanics are built into every session, so athletes stay healthy, stay available, and stay on the field all season.

The Room and the Coaches

Pro tools. Coaches who played.

Sessions run at Redline Athletics Fort Myers on pro-level equipment: VertiMax and Raptor resistance systems, plus PLAE, Rogue and Hammer Strength. The coaches are former athletes developing on the NSCA path toward the CSCS, the gold standard in strength and conditioning.

  • First-step and lateral speed work in every session
  • Strength built on mechanics, never max weight
  • Jump and landing mechanics for healthy knees and ankles
