Our Story
Building Next Level Performance.

George Negron didn't set out to build the biggest program in Southwest Florida. He set out to build the right place — and everything at Next Level Performance comes from that one idea.
The vision
The vision was a centralized place where a player can be developed from start to finish. One place where a kid walks in with weaknesses and gets them worked on honestly — where mistakes can be fixed and skills can be fine tuned, with the same coaches watching the whole process instead of a different stranger every season.
That is the approach: development as one connected job, not a pile of separate workouts. Fix what's broken. Fine tune what's coming. Build the player in order, on purpose.
Parents know we have their back
George is a father. He built the parent side of this the way he would want it built for his own son: parents can drop their kids off knowing we have their back. Their child is supervised, known, and looked after by adults who take that responsibility personally — every session, every league night, every time.
Every child gets a dap
It is important here — George insists on it — that we give every child a dap or a pound when we walk by them, say their name, and thank them. Every kid. Every time. Not just the starters, not just the ones having a good day.
At first, the kids didn't know what to make of it. Then they got the point: they were known here. Somebody saw them, knew their name, and was glad they came. And once a kid knows that, the work changes — because now it's clear we're not here to do a job on them. We're here to do a job together.
The philosophy
That's the philosophy underneath everything: a player is not a product to be processed, he's a person to be developed — and development is a partnership. The coach brings the plan and the honest feedback. The player brings the effort. Mistakes aren't embarrassment here; they're the raw material. Fix them, fine tune the rest, and repeat until the player standing in front of you isn't the one who walked in.
Walk into Next Level on any given night and you'll see it: kids being greeted by name, parents at ease, and coaches and players doing a job together. That's not an accident. That's the founder's design.
