Stats & Development

We track stats to show development working.

Elijah Agramonte, Elevate division MVP — 26.0 points per game, Next Level Performance Fort Myers

Every Next Level league game is scored, and every player's numbers are kept — game by game, all season, in the app where parents can see them. People assume that's about chasing points. It isn't.

We keep stats for one reason: to show you the development working. A stat line is proof. When a player's numbers move — better decisions, more efficient scoring, more rebounds, more assists — that's the training showing up in games, measured instead of guessed.

Not a points chase

The focus here is still development, and development is bigger than scoring. There are a dozen ways to impact a game: defense that changes what the other team can run, rebounds that end possessions, assists that make teammates better, effort plays nobody claps for. We don't over-promote scoring, because the player who only chases points stops developing everywhere else.

Yes, the app keeps leaders for each division, and yes, we celebrate the MVPs — the kids earned that. But a leader board is a snapshot, not the mission. The mission is the whole line moving in the right direction.

Zach Negron, Ignite division MVP — 19.8 points per game for the Nightcrawlerz, Next Level Performance Fort Myers

Team stats, streamed games, and your money's worth

We track team stats too, because players develop inside a team, not in a vacuum. And every game is streamed, so parents can watch it all happen — see exactly what their money is building: the development, yes, but also the smiles, the high fives, the wins, and the game photos.

The stats prove the work is working. The streams and the photos are there for the memories. Around here, families get both.
