The People Behind Next Level
Jeff Faulk: the basketball savvy behind the Reapers.

Jeff Faulk knows basketball. Not the clipboard kind — the real kind. He reads a game the way it actually unfolds: who is hunting, who is hiding, what a defense is giving up, and what a player needs to change before the next possession, not after the film session.
That savvy is all over the Florida Reapers. Jeff is a co-owner of the Reapers and Next Level Performance, and he helped build this program from the ground up — the teams, the structure, the standard. In two years, that build turned into an organization — including the number one ranked 3rd grade team in the state — with a brand Southwest Florida families recognize the moment the skull walks into a gym.
A builder, not a bystander
Programs like this don't happen by accident. Somebody has to decide what the teams stand for, how players are developed, and what "good enough" means — then hold that line every day. Jeff built the Reapers that way: a real program with an identity, not a collection of weekend teams.
He also coaches it. Jeff is head coach of the Reapers 7th grade team and one of the development coaches parents book for their players — because he knows the difference between training and development, and he coaches to the second one. Training fills an hour. Development changes a player. Jeff's players come back reading the game faster, deciding earlier, and playing like the work was aimed at something.
The brand is the standard
Ask him what he built and he won't start with the logo. The brand is what the logo promises: organized, coached hard, and better every season. Jeff guards that — on the floor he runs, in the schedule he keeps for the whole program, and in every gym where a Reapers team shows up expected to compete.
Two years. The number one ranked 3rd grade team in the state. A brand that means something in Southwest Florida basketball. That's Jeff Faulk's work.
